1. Establishment of investment funds for African Entreprenuers. See Kiva.Org
2. Issuing of government Bonds to capital markets both locally and abroad by African Governments.
3. Encourage direct Foreign Investment instead of direct Foreign Aid e.g. Through Africa’s 15 Stock Markets.
4. Encourage the formation of borderless economic zones within neighbouring states to enhance trade.
